Training session day two
So, last night's session was on the same hill which now turns out to be not quite steep enough or long enough for that matter, though it does feel like it (I dont think im as fit as I thought I was).
Saying that, I actually felt quite good
Which means either a; its not enough or b; im not pushing hard enough (probably a mix of both).
